I didn't set out to build a skincare brand.

I set out to find something I couldn't, a routine that felt honest. Products that didn't promise everything and deliver noise. A ritual that actually fit into a real life, in a real season, with real skin that had been through things.

What I kept finding instead was more. More steps. More ingredients I couldn't pronounce. More products that went viral before anyone had the chance to ask whether they were actually good for you. More clutter in the drawer and more confusion in the mirror.
