Shipping Policy

At Grace | Rae Skincare, every order is carefully packed by hand with intention and care. As a small business, we sincerely appreciate your patience and support.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we'll contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Grace | Rae Skincare is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received.

If your package appears lost, we recommend:

Verifying the shipping address provided at checkout.
Checking with neighbors or household members.
Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We're always happy to help guide you through the process whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is entered and your package is returned to us, you'll be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly during checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, Grace | Rae Skincare ships within the United States and Canada only.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@graceandraeskincare.com. Include your order number and photos of both the damaged product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
